ESC represents a social problem that has befallen a huge number of people around the world. 

Many inhabitants of the "world" still have to seek salvation from life threats, whether it be war, natural disasters, or total poverty. Such processes give the possibility once again to think about such concepts as "citizen", "citizenship", "state". Why does the status of a citizen protect us from nothing and maybe it is just a formalized way of counting the population? And should this status provide any guarantees in general? How to lose the place of birth, shelter, social ties, but remain a citizen?
