The French word "phlébotomy" refers to bloodletting for medical purposes. 

We see this "treatment" as the barbaric method which happens in a real time. It was decided to take as a basis of the art a photo of a bomb shelter used by civilians in Kyiv, Ukraine. As a result, hundreds of saved and at the same time hundreds of killed people in the fate of several squares of the basement.
